First new BTO flats in Upper Thomson in more than 40 years to go on sale from June
About 1,600 new BTO units under three projects will be launched in Upper Thomson from June 2026. It's the first time in over 40 years that public housing is introduced in the area. The two projects in Lakeview and one in Shunfu will offer a mix of two- to four-room flats, along with about 50 units of public rental housing.
