Nearly four in 10 people in Singapore have experienced online harm, according to a new study. More than 1,000 Singaporeans and residents aged 15 and above were polled in April by non-profit group SG Her Empowerment (SHE). Researchers say tackling the problem requires more than tougher laws, calling for stronger support and greater public awareness.
