“For effective FWAs (flexible work arrangements) to happen, we need the support of employers,” said MP Yeo Wan Ling. She told Parliament on Wednesday (Feb 28) that reports have shown that post-pandemic, companies have started to cut down on their FWA offerings, citing productivity and trust issues. Ms Yeo said the Government’s continued support for employers regarding FWAs is critical in creating a family-friendly environment.
