Singapore has built a strong intellectual property (IP) ecosystem, enabling it to become a global node of technology, innovation and enterprise, said MP Christopher de Souza in Parliament on Thursday (Feb 29). He asked how the Ministry of Law has been supporting local enterprises and start-ups to monetise their IP and help lead the push for an innovation-driven economy. He also asked what the ministry is doing to continue to strengthen Singapore as a leading legal and dispute resolution hub.
