Committee of Supply 2024 debate, Day 2: Patrick Tay on Singapore’s criminal and civil justice system
MP Patrick Tay said the process of enforcement and the costs of doing so often turn many away. In Parliament on Thursday (Feb 29), he asked if this space of enforcement of civil judgments could be reviewed to make them more effective, efficient, economical and simpler. He also asked for an update on developments to further enhance and improve Singapore’s criminal justice system.
