In Parliament on Monday (Mar 4), NMP Jean See asked the Government if it would consider extending or contextualising the SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme or the ITE Progression Award to Singaporeans in their 30s who need a boost to their career health, and also to extend the SkillsFuture Credit to Singaporean workers below the age of 25. She also wanted to know if the Ministry of Education and SkillsFuture Singapore will consider working closely with the National Trade Unions Congress and its freelancer-centred associations, such as to include training options and accreditations under the programme for freelancers in the arts, creative media and coaching sectors.
