Committee of Supply 2024 debate, Day 4: Poh Li San on heat resilience
In Parliament on Monday (Mar 4), MP Poh Li San asked the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment to share its plans to help build Singaporeans’ heat resilience and increase urban liveability in view of rising temperatures. She also wanted to know if there will be specific studies designed to better understand the impact of heat on vulnerable groups in the population and the appropriate measures to assist them.
