Flexible work arrangements (FWA) must be implemented in a way that balances the needs of both employers and employees, said MP Sharael Taha in Parliament on Monday (Mar 4). He asked for updates on FWA guidelines and how their adoption in the public and private sectors can be encouraged. He also wanted to know if the guidelines have “moved the needle” in hiring groups such as seniors, those who are mobility-challenged and women.
