MP Yeo Wan Ling said flexible work arrangements have become a key consideration for caregivers and senior workers deciding to stay or return to the workplace. In Parliament on Monday (Mar 4), she said it is important for fair workplace norms to be created in a way where productivity is not impacted and trust continues to be built between employers and their workers. Ms Yeo asked what is being done to further equip and support companies in the redesign of job roles and the re-engineering of work cultures.
