Committee of Supply 2024 debate, Day 5: Gan Thiam Poh on Changi Airport Terminal 5
In Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 5), MP Gan Thiam Poh noted that construction of Changi Airport Terminal 5 was put on hold for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He asked the Ministry of Transport to provide a progress update on the construction work and whether it is on track to be operational around mid-2030. He also wanted to know if it would be possible to expedite the construction process.
