Safer, gracious and timely deliveries take more than just hardware, said NMP Jean See in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 5), where she spoke on how the Government can ensure living spaces are safe work environments for delivery persons. She asked the Ministry of National Development (MND) if it would consider introducing incentives for mature properties that become delivery-friendly. She also asked if the ministry would consider providing mediation support between delivery persons and condominium representatives, and wanted to know how MND will foster care and consideration between condominium residents and external providers such as delivery freelancers.
