Young Singaporeans should consider and decide for themselves if the Millennial Apartments Scheme proposed by the Progress Singapore Party is superior to what the Government has to offer, said NCMP Leong Mun Wai. Speaking in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 5), he reiterated that the scheme will be a “game changer” and relieve the pressure on couples to rush to secure a flat, as well as give young Singaporeans more choice to fulfil their aspirations.
