Committee of Supply 2024 debate, Day 5: Lim Biow Chuan on EV adoption, charging and road safety
MP Lim Biow Chuan said the Ministry of Transport should look into making more charging points easily available. He also asked if there will be any regulations regarding the use of the charging points. In Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 5), he also said road safety cannot be taken for granted. He welcomed the introduction of the "Friendly Streets" initiative in December last year and asked if this has actually resulted in safer roads for all road users.
