Committee of Supply 2024 debate, Day 6: Masagos Zulkifli on fundraising for Gaza humanitarian aid

The Rahmatan Lil Alamin Foundation will conduct another round of fundraising appeal for humanitarian aid for Gaza in the upcoming month of Ramadan. Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs Masagos Zulkifli, who announced this in Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 6), hopes that Singaporeans will step forward and contribute generously. He also stressed the need to continue to stand together and strengthen the unity that Singaporeans share. He also said he is heartened that even during such a trying time, the Malay-Muslim community continues to embody the spirit of citizenry, contributing to dialogue and giving generously to humanitarian aid. He stressed the need to strive towards a community of success and contribute to a bright future for Singapore.
