MP Muhamad Faisal Abdul Manap said the Mosque Building Fund was initially set up to finance the cost of building new mosques during the period when Singapore was undergoing development and urbanisation. In Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 6), he asked about the use of the fund to finance the development of mosques. He also asked for a progress report on the M3 network, which was established in 2018.
