Singapore must prioritise building a robust pipeline of talent to remain a global leader in maritime excellence, said NMP Neil Parekh Nimil Rajnikant. He wanted to know what steps the Ministry of Transport is taking to ensure that it has people with the right skills and competencies. Speaking in parliament on Wednesday (Mar 5), he also asked for an update on the steps Singapore is taking to ensure that it can scale up the bunkering of alternative fuel safely.
