Every Singaporean must be able to confidently navigate the online space without fear of exclusion or exploitation, said NMP Keith Chua in parliament on Friday (Mar 7). He asked how the Ministry of Digital Development and Information can further scale efforts to bridge the digital divide and ensure accessibility across all digital platforms especially for persons with disabilities. He also wanted to know the strategies that are in place to empower citizens with the skills and confidence to use technology safely and effectively.
