Mid-career Singaporeans will have more options to reskill and upskill. The course catalogue for the SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme (SFLP) will be expanded to include Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) courses, which impart industry-relevant skills across a wide range of sectors. It will also be easier for learners to find and make informed choices about their options. The MySkillsFuture portal will be revamped with a new course search experience, including curated recommendations for in-demand skill areas such as AI, as well as an improved course enrolment process. Meanwhile, employer incentives for the ITE Work-Study Diploma are being enhanced, with a higher quantum and simplified disbursement. Senior Minister of State for Education Janil Puthucheary gave details of these changes in parliament on Tuesday (Mar 3).
