Committee of Supply 2026 debate, Day 6: Rachel Ong on living and workplace support for PWDs
A recent survey showed that many persons with disabilities (PWDs) and employers are unaware of available support for inclusive employment and daily living. MP Rachel Ong said this in parliament on Thursday (Mar 5). She said better communication is needed and asked the government to consider a single centralised portal so that PWDs, caregivers and employers can more easily access information and support.
