Democratic Republic of Congo struggling to contain spread of mpox disease
The Democratic Republic of Congo is struggling to contain an mpox outbreak that has spread across the country. Health officials say some 600 people have died since the beginning of this year, and more than 17,000 others are suspected to have contracted the disease. Several cases have also been reported in the east of the country where thousands of people displaced by conflict are living in crowded camps. CNA's Chris Ocamringa reports from Kinshasa.
