Despite a growing robotics scene in Singapore, the issue of talent remains

Robots are moving into our factories, hospitals and shops. But a shortage of skilled workers raises a hard question - can we still control the future, or will it control us? As Singapore’s robotics push accelerates, a talent crunch now threatens future jobs. Alxis Thng speaks with National Robotics Programme executive director, Tung Meng Fai, on what must happen next to grow talent and safeguard jobs in a more automated economy.
