Faced with increasing isolation in the world for its war in Ukraine, Russia is turning to its traditional ally Vietnam to boost its export as well as a source for its demand of consumer goods. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and his Vietnamese counterpart agreed on Thursday (Apr 6) in Hanoi to open new doors for further trade, economic and science cooperation. Tung Ngo has more.
