DPM Heng meets China's Vice President Han Zheng, reaffirms 'deep and substantive' bilateral ties

Singapore and China have affirmed their "deep and substantive bilateral ties" as the two countries mark key bilateral milestones this year. Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat is in Beijing to further strengthen relations. He met Chinese Vice President Han Zheng at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. From Beijing, Mr Heng will be travelling southwards to visit Shenzhen and Hong Kong, before wrapping up his six-day visit on Friday. Olivia Siong reports.
