Events supporting sight-impaired to mark International White Cane Day
A pilot run of specially curated tours for the sight-impaired will soon be held at Gardens by the Bay, benefiting members of one of Singapore's pioneer associations for the blind. Some 100 beneficiaries got a first feel of the new touch-based tour - one of a series of events held here, to mark International White Cane Day.
