The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) on Wednesday (Oct 11) conducted its first motorised battalion live-firing exercise in 11 years during Exercise Wallaby in Australia. The SAF's largest unilateral overseas exercise takes place annually in the Shoalwater Bay Training Area, and the ongoing expansion of the training area is set to be completed in 2024.
