India's former High Commissioner to Canada Sanjay Verma has accused Ottawa of backstabbing India, after declaring Mr Verma a person of interest linked to last year's killing of a Canadian Sikh. Canada expelled Verma and five other diplomats earlier this month. But India says they were recalled. Rebecca Bundhun reports from Mumbai.
