France is bracing for another major trial that is set to rock the country, just months after Dominique Pelicot was convicted for enlisting dozens of men to rape his former wife. Joel le Scouarnec, a 74-year-old former surgeon, stands accused of raping or sexually assaulting nearly 300 patients, mostly children, over a 25-year period. Sarah Coates has more.
