Minister of State for Education Gan Siow Huang said bond obligations of international students on tuition grants are taken seriously. She told Parliament on Wednesday (Feb 28) that the Ministry of Education will take action against those who fail to pay their liquidated damages. These include preventing them from working and residing in Singapore. She was responding to an MP's questions.
