HDB resale prices fall 0.2% in Q3; private home prices rise 1.4%

Resale flat prices fell 0.2 per cent in the third quarter of 2026, marking its third consecutive quarterly decline. Latest flash estimates by HDB also show that the volume of transactions has remained stable. Meanwhile, in the private residential market, prices went up 1.4 per cent on-year in the third quarter, accelerating from the 0.5 per cent increase in the previous quarter. Flash estimates show that transaction volumes fell, dropping by about 30 per cent on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
