Japanese authorities capture Chinese fishing boat, arrest captain

Japan has seized a Chinese fishing boat in its waters and arrested its captain, threatening to deepen already-strained tensions. The vessel was found within Japan's exclusive economic zone off the coast of Nagasaki Prefecture. Eleven people were on board, including the captain, who is a Chinese national. China's foreign ministry has called for the rights of the crew aboard the fishing vessel to be protected. CNA's Senior Correspondent Michiyo Ishida reports.
