Singapore labour chief Ng Chee Meng announces his political comeback, after weeks of speculation about where he will stand. He will contest the Jalan Kayu ward, about five years after losing in the Sengkang GRC. Other potential PAP candidates were also announced for Ang Mo Kio GRC, Yio Chu Kang SMC and Kebun Baru SMC, including two newcomers to the GRC, Victor Lye and Jasmin Lau.
