Rescuers in Indonesia have completed evacuating victims from the wreckage of a train crash that happened on Monday. Fifteen people were killed when a moving train slammed into a stationary one in Bekasi, just outside Jakarta. Authorities say 84 were injured and have been taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
