Malaysia's Royal Navy has released its findings on the twin helicopter crash that killed 10 officers and personnel last month. A video released by the navy shows the helicopters flying in formation seven seconds before the crash. The investigations show one of the helicopters, the Fennec aircraft, was not at the right height and heading, and had entered the path of the other chopper, the AW139.
