A leading figure in Islamic finance has called for stronger ties between ASEAN and Arab states to counter global uncertainty. Mr Azman Mokhtar, chairman of the Malaysia International Islamic Finance Centre Leadership Council, discussed regional cooperation and Malaysia's 2025 leadership of ASEAN with CNA's Afifah Ariffin. They were speaking on the sidelines of the World Investment Conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
