Market watchers warn that ride hailing fare prices could increase, if ride hailing platform Grab does take over taxi operator Trans-Cab. Singapore's competition watchdog has said in their first phase of evaluation, that the merger could be anti-competitive. Both parties have until Thursday (Jul 25) to make their appeals. When contacted by CNA, Grab did not comment on whether it plans to make further submissions to address competition concerns. Nasyrah Rohim reports.
