Megan Khung death: Social service agency did not fully describe severity of injuries, says MSF
Lapses in Singapore's child protection services, such as inadequate reporting and intervention, led to the death of four-year-old Megan Khung in 2020. The Social and Family Development Ministry said there have been at least eight deaths from child abuse cases not flagged to social services over the past 10 years.
