MOE approaches affected Little Professors staff to give them jobs again
The Education Ministry has approached student care staff who did not receive salaries from Little Professors Learning Centre to offer them their jobs again. In the meantime, teachers at the affected primary schools have stepped in to fill the gaps until a new operator is found. The moves are to ensure after-school care continues for about 1,800 students. MOE emphasises that these measures are only temporary while the search for a new operator is underway. It adds that it may also mount an inter-agency response to this incident.
