MOE to review, strengthen policies on school bullying

Singapore's Education Ministry is engaging parents, educators, social workers and the wider community to find better ways to tackle school bullying and respond to recent concerns. The recent bullying case at Sengkang Green Primary involving death threats, which sparked a social media outcry, has put school safety under the spotlight. Consultations and parent engagements will continue through the year, with the MOE set to announce key recommendations and follow-up actions in the first half of next year. Nikhil Khattar reports.
