More than one in four Singapore staff fear stigma when requesting for flexi-work arrangements: Poll
According to a new survey by the PAP Women's Wing and NTUC, more than one in four of workers in Singapore still fear stigma when asking for flexible work arrangements. Three in four respondents said their workplaces offered flexi-work arrangements. Among those who applied for flexible work in their current organisations, nine in 10 were approved — either fully or with modifications. To improve uptake, respondents said more flexi-work options, clearer policies and leadership support are essential. Sabrina Ng reports.
