More than S$740 million set aside to upgrade over 53,000 flats in latest round of HDB home improvement scheme

More than 53,000 HDB homes across Singapore will be upgraded in the latest round of the Home Improvement Programme. It addresses common maintenance issues in older flats such as spalling concrete and ceiling leakage. Over S$742 million has been set aside for the upgrading works.
