Motion: Neo Kok Beng on an economy of the future that works for all
A model of “3Is” for Singapore to thrive in a new global economic landscape - innovation, investment and internationalisation. This was proposed by NMP Neo Kok Beng in parliament on Wednesday (Aug 5). He called on the Ministry of Trade and Industry to expand funding for early-stage high-failure, high-impact deep tech ventures. Research labs in tertiary education institutions should also be opened to tech start-ups to use, he said.
