A new industry plan aims to help marine and offshore energy companies pivot to emerging growth areas, like decarbonisation. Manpower Minister and Second Trade and Industry Minister Tan See Leng revealed the plan at an event, which gathered key industry leaders. He says the industry has reached another inflexion point and transformation is the way forward. Charlotte Lim reports.
