A new initiative called ActiveX, helmed by Sport Singapore and the Health Ministry, is aiming to promote active ageing and inter-generational bonding through sport. In addition to activities and games, seniors also got the chance to be screened for Sarcopenia and taught how to perform simple muscle- strengthening activities.
