A new inter-agency workgroup will address Singapore's declining marriage and fertility rates. It will engage the public, businesses and community partners as part of a four-pronged strategy to reverse the trend. Minister in the Prime Minister's Office Indranee Rajah said a "reset across society" is needed to reshape attitudes towards marriage and parenthood. Rachel Teng reports.
