Philippines' Marcos says 'waste of time' to file impeachment case against VP Duterte
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has dismissed speculation that his rift with Vice President Sara Duterte could lead to her impeachment. Ms Duterte has been accused of making threats against Mr Marcos and has failed to show up for a meeting with government investigators today. She was expected to explain comments made over the weekend, in which she said she has a standing instruction to have Mr Marcos, his wife and the House Speaker killed if she herself were assassinated.
