Preserving heritage: 5 people, groups honoured for keeping crafts alive
A rangoli artist and tea master may not have much in common, but they share the same goal of passing on their skills to the next generation. Both are receiving the Stewards of Intangible Cultural Heritage Award from the National Heritage Board.
