Private homeowners can now buy HDB resale flats without 15-month wait after selling property

Private property owners looking to buy a non-subsidised HDB resale flat will no longer have to wait for 15 months after selling their property. National Development Minister Chee Hong Tat says this comes as resale price growths have eased significantly since the COVID pandemic.
