Rahayu Mahzam on enforcement against Singaporeans involved in overseas illicit vape activities
Generally, Singapore's criminal laws apply to acts committed in the country only. It works with overseas counterparts to share information on illegal activities and conduct joint operations from time to time. However, if vape production, distribution and consumption are not illegal in those countries, cooperation will be limited. Minister of State for Health Rahayu Mahzam said this in reply to an MP’s question in parliament on Thursday (Sep 10).
