Rise in measles cases: CDA urges travellers to be fully vaccinated before traveling overseas

Singapore’s Communicable Diseases Agency is urging travellers to vaccinate against measles before heading overseas. This comes as cases rise globally and in Singapore. Thirteen infections were reported this year in Singapore. Authorities are also advising parents who plan to travel to affected areas to vaccinate their infants with the vaccine meant for those aged six to 11 months.
