What does it take to write songs about Singapore that are real, raw and resonant? Singaporean artists Benjamin Kheng, Aisyah Aziz and Wang Weiliang go on a journey to rediscover their city and themselves in order to compose honest, heartfelt anthems that are a ROAR from the gut of the Lion City. In the first episode, they explore challenging Singapore issues they’re passionate about - the pressure to succeed in school, the struggle for acceptance and overcoming past crimes and mistakes. In the second episode, they speak with songwriting pioneers and take the stage to present their new songs to a live audience. Will they strike a chord?
